Open volunteer roles.
Most volunteer roles can be done in-person in Mt. Lebanon, or remotely from anywhere. Time commitment ranges from a few hours a month to ongoing involvement.
Coach / Trainer
Lead a weekly sport session with kids and teens in one of our community programs. Coaching qualifications welcome but not required for assistant roles.
Mentor
One-on-one mentoring for student-athletes, life skills, study habits, future planning. Around 1–2 hours every other week.
Event & logistics
Hands at fundraisers, marathons, training days. Setup, registration, hospitality, photography, social-media coverage.
Translator
Arabic ↔ French ↔ English for grant applications, partner reports, social content. Especially helpful for academic / technical writing.
Communications
Help us tell better stories, writing, design, video, social media. Even one solid post or short video per month moves the needle.
Grant writer
Help draft and refine funding applications to embassies, UN agencies, foundations. Background in development or policy is ideal.
Real NGO experience, real impact.
LYT hosts 4–6 interns per year across programmes, communications, and operations. You'll get hands-on work with UN-grade reporting standards, partner institutions, and field communities, not coffee runs.
- Duration: 3 to 6 months, with possible extensions.
- Commitment: 2 to 4 days a week.
- Location: Hybrid, Baabda HQ + field visits across Mt. Lebanon.
- Open to: Sports sciences, social work, comms, public health, international development, business.

We work with UN agencies, embassies, ministries and corporate partners. Our governance, reporting and field operations are built to UN partner standards.
Programme funding
Multi-year project grants, typically 12–36 months, with co-designed monitoring & evaluation. UNOPS, UNESCO, AFD, French Embassy are current partners.
