Women & girls
LYT prioritises gender parity. Programs like We'am are designed specifically for young women aged 14–24.
Lebanese youth focus
Every program runs in Lebanon, with Lebanese youth at the centre, across nationalities, backgrounds, and sectarian lines.

Most LYT programs target adolescents and young adults, the population most affected by Lebanon's overlapping crises.

LYT maintains policies and practices for proper financial management, transparency, accountability, and efficient use of resources. Full-time finance staff and outsourced support ensure every dollar is tracked.

As a UNOPS partner, LYT operates under UN-standard monitoring frameworks, baseline, mid-line, and end-line evaluations on every outcome, with disaggregation by area, sex, age and ethnicity.
